How far can I OC this?

I know this is a budget card(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131039)but anyone know how good of an OCer it is? I'm only getting it b/c after rebates, it's under $50 dollars with this PSU.(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152029)

apparently my videoa card deactivated 12 hours before I was going to order it... I put a thread about the PSU quality in the case/psu section of the forum, post there. BTW, heres another link that says it's still up:
