And I HATE THIS FAN it literally sounds like a chopper when booting up or I running alot of tasks. Im going to have to build my comp its own sound proof cupboard (seriousely).

HT technology means hyperthreading right???, what exactely is that?

Hyperthreading is a simulated CPU core. Basically it fools the task scheduler into thinking there are 2 CPUs and so it dispatches 2 threads. If you want the whole workings of that I can go over it.
