How good of a monitor is this???

It has a good contrast, good size, a little slow on the repsonce time, but if your not gaming then 12ms should be fine so it looks good :P
 
Currently i have a VERY similar LCD to this 1...except with a 16 ms and a lower contrast #

but i will need 1 more screen and thats y im looking at that 1

expect it to be 200-300 $$ have to look around some more to find out

I really dont get you guys that say that you have to have under 8 ms for gaming. i have a 16 ms monitor and i have no ghosting at all so stop saying that you need 8 ms and under cause you dont.

Ya that wouldn't be a bad price for it, looks like a pretty decent monitor for what you will use it for.

I know, I have this monitor, use it for gaming all the time, never used a better monitor but I have no issues with it, no ghosting, good clear picture, works well enough for me.

LOL same thing i wanna know...people have played new games w/high graphics on my 16ms LCD and there seems to have really NO difference at all...

Ya, my monitor is 16ms the one I linked above, I play bf2 and dod source on it all the time looks great, I do want another monitor though, having dual would be nice and I want one with dvi input... Oh better get back on track.

I have a 8ms monitor and a 4ms moniter on difference computers, I can notice the difference, and other people on this forum has said the same. I used to have a 18ms that was small that i got for free, and there was a massive difference from the 16vs8.

Ah but the computers will make some of the difference, and he is not gaming so a 16ms monitor is fine.

I know, which is what i said in my orignaly post, that his 12ms monitor would be perfectly fine, but someone quoted me and to stop saying that if your gmaing to get one below 8ms. So i repoosned to that.
