now that i got your attention..lol:
is this setup good for OCing my x2 3800 maybe to around 2.5ghz
OCZ EL 1GB Kit DDR400 CL 2-3-2-6
ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe

i know how to oc and all but i'm not sure about the memory specifiaclly. :rolleyes:

yes that memory will be very good for overclocking.
 
o thx a lot cuz i wasn't sure if a higher pcxxxx meant better or worse that was my main confussion thx
how high do you think this memory can clock since i didn't buy it yet,
i want to ge a 1:1 ratio and get my cpu clock as high as possible as long as its stable, i don't like taking risks

Hmm

Not entirely sure :) You may want to get a higher PCxxxx because that could allow you to overclock while still maintain the 1:1 CPU:RAM ratio ;)

Perhaps, but if you loosen the timings, and perhaps increase the voltage, you should be able to get there.
