Just been looking a bit further and this product on eBay has something interesting written in its description:
Hope that helps, Doug.
i have mine hooked up to a 40" sony. its not a crt though. its lcd. I have to switch to mode 7 on the tv to make it work. Im sure yours would be different. then again the tv may have to be set up to something like channel 3 for it to work.
Do you have the TV hooked up to the computer when you boot the computer? When I ran my TV as a second monitor, it wouldn't display my TV in my control panel unless I had the TV connected and powered on in the right input. If you do this, then it should display the bootup sequence on the TV.
