how i can set up a live radio?

first sorry for my english
i have a hosting that server of this host is windows server 2003. i read FAQ and it write that supported Stream system.
i want set up a live radio on my hosting. a radio music that i uploaded tracks and make a playlist. and it working like a radio(stream audio).
how i can do this work?

Icecast which runs off your own server and live356 which is a paid service are two I've looked at.
