how i can set up a live radio?

hi to all
first sorry for my english :(
i have a hosting that server of this host is windows server 2003. i read FAQ and it write that supported Stream system.
i want set up a live radio on my hosting. a radio music that i uploaded tracks and make a playlist. and it working like a radio(stream audio).
how i can do this work? :confused:
