How is my budget pc? Everything looking good? Still looking for motherboard

I have to cheap out on the motherboard and cpu. In the future i'm looking to spend atleast 300-400.00 right now i just want to go with something simple.

My budget on a motherboard is 50-100 dollars. I'm looking for one that compatible with what i have listed below

These are what i already have.

CASE - Cooler Master Elite 430
RAM - 8GB G.Skill DDR3 PC3-10666 RipjawsX Series for Sandy Bridge (7-7-7-21) Dual Channel kit
CPU - Intel Core i3-2100 Processor 3.1 GHz 3MB Cache Socket LGA115
Video card- RADEON 6850
Power supply - Corsair Builder Series CX V2 500-Watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply


I am interested in getting one of these 2. What do you guys think?

HDD and Windows? Other than that, its nice. But, dont get a mATX mobo, they limit the upgradability. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157230 Good chipset and ATX, and great mobo.

Get RipJaws-X 1600MHz RAM, the timings may be slower, but the RAM speed itself is faster - here you go http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428 that's an 8GB kit.

As for the motherboard, I'd go for the P67 Extreme4 given the choice between the two. The P67 is a much better chipset than H61.
