How is nVidia GT630?

I was looking for a 660 but I found a very very cheap 630.
Should I get it or get the 660?

In a GTX 660 vs. a GT 630. The GT 630 pretty much sucks. Your comparing a 60 buck card to a 220 buck card.

Unless it's like 20 bucks, then it's a waste of money (and still is a little then too as it can't do hardly anything more than the integrated graphics). Any AMD card around the same price should kill it, the GT 600 cards are priced way to higher for the "performance" they offer.

Then I should go with an AMD?

Okay...
I'll see if I'll choose nVidia or AMD.

actually looked at your sig and it reminded me of something, looked it up to be sure and i was about right, the 630 is a rebranded 440 so it would only be even a noticeable upgrade if your card is the ddr3 and it was the GDDR5

It's 1GB DDR3.

Not sure why you're comparing the 630 to the 660, the 660 is obviously miles better.

Maybe you should look at the likes of the 7750 or the 7770 if you want a cheap card which has decent performance.

Dont get 630, that card is crap now. Get at least a 660 ti if you are looking for max settings 1920x1080 gaming. Though its 300 dollars, but its worth it!

If your just a casual gamer, a 650 would do it, but do NOT purchase anything under that, trust me. However, you will only be able to play at medium settings, due to its performance capabilities. Anyhow, a 660 is a lot better than a 630.
