Will this run the new games like Oblivion?

Looks like an alienware. But there are no actual specifications. You have 2 OS listed, 2 processors both which are very very good. No specific amount of ram or type of GPU. Based on the processor im gonna say that it will definitly play new games on high, dependent on your gpu which should be very nice.

It is the Aurora™ 7500. It's about $1,789. That sounds pretty good to me.

Yea that tells me nothing. You actually have to select parts then list them here.

Well actually the Aurora 7500 is way overpriced, its gonna be a lot of money for something that doesnt cost that much.

Build your own computer, you will get more for your money.

O and once again it will play all newer games and oblivion.

I can't build a computer. I have no I idea how. If I were to build one can I make one that is better than Aurora 7500 for less than $1,789.

Striker, i must ask, how come in your previous threads your asking how to get a very low-cost budget computer that can play F.E.A.R., but in this thread your talking about spending $1,500-$2,000 on a high-end PC?

I was wondering the same thing.

It will take me awhile to buy that computer. It might take me all summer to get it. Right now I have a 4 year old emachine that needs to be upgraded. So I thought I just save up and buy a newer modeal that can give me what I want. Also that vid card I wanted was like 500+, almost half of the Aurora™ 7500 is. I rather just buy a new comp. Evan though it might take me awhale. Do you think that the Aurora™ 7500 is a good gamming comp?

Striker -
As a couple of people have already mentioned, there are some really good suggestions here in this forum. You've mentioned that you don't feel comfortable building a machine on your own; I hear you on that. I bought the computer in my signature just yesterday and paid about $950.00. If you are willing to go single-core and take a low- to mid-range video card, you can probably knock close to $200 off that price. I bought mine through cyberpowerpc.com, but you can check ibuypower.com and others. How much are you looking to spend?

I just placed my order yesterday so I won't be able to tell you how it performs. From what I've been told though, it should be able to run Oblivion at near-max settings at least.

EDIT: You'll have to make some sacrifices if you need a monitor or an OS though.

my system isnt phenomenal or anything and i built mine for 600....

you could always get a better vid card, i just got the 7600gs becuase of my hella discount lolgets like 200 fps on source highest settings, waiting to try it on fear

even if you don't want to build, i wouldnt buy alienware. Not only are they wayyyy overpriced, i've heard that their pcs are really buggy. Check out some place that allows you to select everything yourself, like cyberpowerinc.com or monarchcomputer.com. I would definitely recommend monarch, they arent much higher priced than building yourself (if you get warranties for each part when you build yourself it's the same price) and they test every pc they build very thoroughly. I just got mine from them and was very pleased.
