How is windows 8 experience ?

Hello Friends

I would like to upgrade my OS. Hence what is your experience with windows 8? And how do you find the user interface?
 
I have tried Windows 8 and the interface is rather confusing. It isn't good for gaming, but it is for work though. I don't see a reason to upgrade, unless you are below Windows 7
 
I love it. But I like new stuff. Windows 8 is a whole lot different then W7 and and you need to take a while to get adjusted to it.
 
Windows 8 I would suggest.
It'll suck when you use it the first time.
But once you get to know how to navigate the system, it's a killer.
And DON'T install a windows 7 style 3rd party start menu. Try and learn the new start screen, it's pretty good, if you don't like the live tiles, you're just a few clicks away from removing all of them (Except the tile for desktop I guess) and using the start screen as a modern version of the start menu. It rocks. The only thing I miss, is Aero. I don't miss the start menu at all.
