How long will this last me?

Heres my computer after the upgrade:

nVidia 6800 GTO
P4 3.2 ghz
80gb HDD
500w PSU
1gb DDr2 667 RAM
ASUS P5ND2 mobo

For gaming, how long will this last me? I am hoping it will be able to play Elder Scrolls 4, but I'm not sure.

About 1 year. After a year you would need more ram, better video card, and a bigger hdd. But this is saying that you would want to play games on high settings.

well, if you want to play all the games on max settings it will last a few months, but if you dont mind playing on medium settings, then it should last a couple years.
