how many? i read in a review that you can install up to 5 times as long as your personal info hasnt changed. i dont know about this though.

I think it just depends, if you install it on a majorly different hardware config it may make you reactivate....

Honestly I have never really had a problem with my versions of XP so I couldn't tell you exactly what would go wrong or make it want to reauthenticate. I have heard nightmare stories and I have also heard it work flawless for people.
