How many watts the CPU gives off on load?

i still dont get why people go vapochill and LN2 etc. instead of custom watercooling for a ton less. anyone know why? you dont need negative temps to get top clocks, custom watercooling can achieve all the benchmarks at high vcores and speeds and it has better usuability

its bothering me lol
