I've decided to get the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103233 cpu
or the 125 W version if I can't manage to get that one.

When I get it I'm gonna ask the guy who works at the store where I got my computer built (some small pc store that doesnt rip u off and is cheap) to OC it for me but im not sure if he will know how much you can OC it without the temp getting to high.

The CPU comes with a fan and a heatsink I think so do you guys think I can OC it 3.3 ghz from 3.0 without the temp going too high (how high would it go?)

thx

OH AND BY THE WAY

IF i wanna get this gfx card

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130376

would I be able to OC it, and if so how much?

k thx

All processors from intel and amd come with stock heatsink and fan, but are they good with keeping temps down no. I would get a aftermarket cpu cooler if you will be overclocking it.

The 89W version will obviously overclock better since it runs cooler (89W is the TDP http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPU_power_dissipation)
There is no way to tell you exactly how far you can overclock your CPU, every CPU is different so you will just have to try it yourself. You can usually find review sites that overclock various CPUs to get a general idea of how well it would overclock but don't expect to get exactly what they got, you might even be able to OC better, its all in the CPU.
