how much do u guys think i can oc the cpu with

I saw a video of some highly trained professionals that got that chip up to 6Ghz lol....running on liquid nitrogen of course. What heat sink do you have? If its still stock I would wait before overclocking. Temps are a must with OC, and keeping them under control requires the use of a good solid heat sink and some nice fans.
 
i'd get an aftermarket cpu heatsink.
alot of people hit like 3.6ghz on air, and a few reviews said they were stable 3.5ghz @ stock voltages.
