Everything, with exception to the Ultra, was purchased from newegg in August '07. If you believe that newegg rips people off, then I'm guilty, I guess. The cost of what I'm running right now was roughly $2,200.

Debating over going for 2 more gbs or ram or new gpu (not a gamer, but video editing) or wait a couple months and start from the ground up again.

To give an idea:
$330 for my motherboard
$460 for my VGA
$450 for my speakers
$200 for my PSU
$220, $320 and $100 for my harddrives
$200 for my keyboard and mouse
$450 for my main monitor, $350 for my secondary one\
and the list goes on from there.. I bought my processor not long after they came out for $450.
I have $1500 in printers, which I didn't include... I also didn't include the gamepad or joystick, nor the battery backup which was $200.
So yeah, it adds up really quick.
