Hey friend, I use broadband unlimited downloads, but I want to know how much I have downloaded or uploaded, please furnish me some measured to know how much I have downloaded or uploaded?

To answer your question, your modem's configuration page is probably the most accurate way to measure how much traffic/bandwidth has gone to and from the internet since it was last reset.
