How much lag does a wireless keyboard and mouse cause?

How much lag can I expect from this wireless keyboard and mouse?

I am looking at ordering a wireless keyboard and mouse from newegg, item #N82E16823109133 How much lag can I expect from this keyboard? I play a few shooter games that dont support my controller so I will have to use a keyboard and mouse.

Any help would be greatly apreaciated.
