How much ram does 3D Studio Max 7 take up?

It depends on how big the file your making is and what you are doing. I would say around 512 for a medium sized scene and even more for high poly models. When rendering I would say a lot (maby even reaching over 2gigs). But all that is just a guess and you don't actually need as much ram as a program uses because of page files.
