I'm wondering how big a PSU i will need for this build:

Q9300

Depends on how much you can spend.

I'd recommend the Corsair 650w or the OCZ GameXStream 700w.

It really depends on what you can spend. You can go all the way up and spend $200 for a good name brand/qually 1kw unit.

you could run 20 fans from a single 4-pin molex and probably wouldnt notice, unless i'm wrong i think they each take .14 amps.

True fans even 120 lighted fans can use anywhere depending on the model from .05 to like .50 of a amp. Very little power.
