Windows 8.1 64-bit
GIGABYTE Radeon HD 7800 2GB GPU
SeagateBarracuda 7200.12 2TB 64MB Cache Hard Drive
Corsair Builder Series CX600 - 600 Watt 80 PLUS® Power Supply
NZXT Phantom 410 Case
How much could my PC for, it cost just over £800 new and it is a year or two old now.
I am thinking about selling it because i want to buy something more portable, any recommendations?

Maybe in the region of £500-600. Doubt you'll get more than about £650 or £700.

I'm gonna say about $450, sadly unless parts are new, now one will buy for more than 60% of retail value.

$450 = ~£272. I reckon he can get more than that for it. I think £500 is more appropriate.
