How should I customize the HP X360?

I'm looking to buy a laptop, but I don't want to spend a crazy amount of money. I like the HP x360. The starting price, on Amazon, is $500, but there are ways to customize. Speed is the most important thing. Also, I always have many tabs open. I'm not sure how better the SDD is over the HDD. Here's the customization options available (I'll underline the ones that are on sale). Any recommendations?

Would definitely want at least 8gb of ram. If you can get a 256 SSD and a 1TB HDD, get it. The 8130U is a dual core/4 thread cpu at 2.2ghz base clock while the I5-8250U is a quad core/8 thread cpu at 1.6 Ghz. Both have a max turbo at 3.4.
