How to access BIOS?

I have a Compaq Armada 4130T Laptop and I was wondering what button brings you to the BIOS and when you have to push it?

should be F8? right at the Compaq screen or w.e, just start tapping it...

if it's not F8, try all the F1-F-12 keys, it's 1 of those..

I have some notes on which keys for which laptops to enter bios and for compaq
it says f2,f3 or f4.

youn have to hit one of these keys when the icon shows up.
Many times, with compaq, you only have a VERY short time to do this.

F8 is usually for the menu.....for safe mode and so on....

yeah, it's red I think, and just says compaq....

Forget about icon, just as soon as you press the power button keep pressing it over and over again until you get the BIOS menu.

On my computer the button is Delete, so if none of the earlier buttons work then try that one.

The Esc button
F2
Del button

Like mentioned before, power on and press repeatedly on on of the button.

Its either the F2 or DEL keys.

No it's not, they have to have a BIOS.

Are you pressing them continuously until Windows loads, or what?

Just look carefully when you start your computer...it should say "Press ___ to enter BIOS". Then, just keep pressing that key over and over again until you enter BIOS. If you see the Windows icon, restart the computer and try again.
