How to activate program Panel Builder 4.0 ?

Hi,
A few years ago I bought program : Panel Builder ( paid $250.00 )
A couple months ago my hard drive died . I lost this program .
I tried to contact Novatek ( company who sold me this program) but looks like they out of business .
I have trial version of this program , but after 30 days is asking me for license number , and than when I enter my license , it shows that is not correct .
This program is very helpful in my work and I really would like to find out solution how I can use it . Please help .

If so, contact them about your problem.

If they can't help because the company changed hands, then you are out of luck and out of pocket. Will have to use this expensive lesson to remember in future to back up important data and/or make notes of license numbers
 
This program was made by Novatek Software and I will buy new license again if I could , but looks like they out of business .
