How to add Admin tools to a forum

How do I add Admin tools to a forum?

I have a PHPBB board @ http://pcgeek911.biz and it's the latest version of PHPBB. I want to add some MODs to my forum, but I don't really know how...so if anybody could tell me, I would greatly aprreciate it.

I've already checked out both of those sites, I get all my skins, and extras from them. I just don't know how to install them. I've followed there directions and I still can't figure it out. I'm just not good with the PHPBB thing...

I've set up a phpBB based forum for a friend, and coming from vBulletin -- I can tell you I had to learn a few things too

What are you having trouble with? They should all have step-by-step instructions. "Find line <this> and after add <this>" type thing.

Nevermind...I got it, somebody on one of the IRC channels I'm part of showed me how, but thanks anyways though.
