How to backup software and games and their history

If you are wanting to start fresh with an SSD then all games and software will need to be reinstalled. You can copy over any games saves if you want.
 
So right now all your game saves are on a regular hard drive? If so, then basically install windows to the SSD, then install all your games and then you can attach the hard drive to your system and then transfer the game saves from hard drive to SSD in the correct location. All games have their game saves in different spots. You will just have to do some research where they keep them or contact the maker of the game.

no software? if i backup all partition this backup all games and data?
