You mean block your computer from sending to a certain IP? I dont think it's possible in Windows, but it most likely is an option on your router.
...Firewalll.... firewalll..... firewall....or block the outgoing port that Skype uses? I can't recall the program name, but I believe there is a program that will do both those things. If I remember the name, i'll post it here.
.The thing is, that it must be something more complicated.
My nephew is spending like 5 hours every day on skype, and he can just reenable it in firewall.
Thats why there are firewall passwordsThe thing is, that it must be something more complicated.

A firewall would work, but I was thinking of something more towards the administrative side, which would be alot harder for someone to figure out....Firewalll.... firewalll..... firewall....![]()
So something he won't be able to figure out (because everything else is good and as before).
If his parents say "here's a computer, lock it down, go". Then a firewall + windows security policy is pretty damn good.A firewall would work, but I was thinking of something more towards the administrative side, which would be alot harder for someone to figure out.
Evidently, you missed what I meant. When you process-block something, that process cannot start. I.e You cannot run Skype at all, period (the only way to run it, is by deactivating the firewall, but that can be safeguarded against).I think that when you block default skype tcp it'll search for any open one...
Yeah....Evidently, you missed what I meant
I meant lock out TCP/UDP for Skype only. But when I block tcp protocol wouldn't it block internet access as well?
