How to burn pics onto CD/DVD

I have thousands of pics in the CANON zoombrowser EX program file. How in the world can I get that on a CD????

With all the stuff that happened to my computer lately, I really want to have a back up...just in case!

I'm quite sure you can make a burning folder or something within windows, but I don't trust most of window's built in software. Personally, I use DeepBurner.

Once you install it, create a data disk, no multi-session, then just drag and drop your files to it. Then click View > Burn Disk, insert your CD, and start burning!
