How to change size of recovery partitions?

Hi,
I have a new 80GB XP laptop. One of the software on it is Recover Pro which is system restoration utility. I have newer used software like that. It asked me to create 2 partitions, one for incremental restore points and second for permanent restore points. I cannot see it in Windows (My Computer). Everything would be OK if not the size of it, which is 6GB each. Isn't that to much? How can I change it?
 
Actualy there is another way, by using sotware like partition magic... but i woud not recommed that. Resizing a partition can cause alot of problems. Delete the partions using you bootable windows cd, and create them again.
