How to connect my GeForce8800 GTS

I installed a GeForce8800 GTS in my new computer to be built.
The video card is equipped with two 6 pins and the video card came
with two cables.On one end there are 2 Molex connectors with 3 pins,on the other end a 6 pin connector which fits into the video card.The Molex connector
would fit to my 12 volt power supply from the power supply unit.

My power supply comes with what they call a ATX Power Supply
( PCI Express ): PF/PG The end of this cable would also fit into the video card and therofore I wonder what to connect ?

The PCI Express cable or the 12 volt from the power supply ???

You should connect it via the PCI-E connector, the adapter is only there if you want to use that card with an older PSU.
