how to connect remotely?

hello.
I have an acer laptop(Aspire 5100) that mouse keyboard and usb and dvd-rom are dead because problem exist in BIOS but when I turn it on windows is boot well.
I want to access all file on my laptop by another computer via network and ethernet cable. how can I do?
when I want to connect remotely to my laptop then this error has accured: "windows can not connect access is denied".I think this is becasue allow remote assistance connection to this computer on my laptop is not enabled.how can I enable this parameter of my laptop from another computer that I could connect remotely to it?

Why not get an external enclosure, take the drive out and connect it to another computer that way...

Or use an external keyboard and mouse.

when he says the USB is broken, I'm assuming most other ports are broken too... ruling out USB mouse and keyboard, and PS/2 mouse and keyboard... I may be assuming wrongly though...

Looks like you are right, he didn't do a good job of explaining the situation.

Yeah I know... also, that laptop doesn't have PS/2 ports...

If you want remote access:
1.Right-click my computer and go to properties.
2.Go to the Remote tab
3.Put a check mark beside "Allow users to remote connect to this computer"
