How to convert FLV video to mov or jpeg

I have a FLV video file that I would like to include in my power point presentation.
I would be very grateful to you if you could tell me how to do this conversion.:confused:

FLV to JPEG???WTF lol.JPEG is the image format and the FLV is the video format and you CANNOT convert video to image lol.

A simple google search for "flv to mpeg" or "flv to avi" or "flv to mov" will return many, many free conversion program choices.

Just be careful which one you download, as many of them will be laced with malware. :eek:

I usually trust anything that is on CNet or MajorGeeks.com

I found this one in less than ten seconds. It looks alright:
