how to copy or send a specific document that differs from Word

I have saved a document, and it is a photocopy of a cheque. I tried to send it, but when I checked what had been sent, it did not include the image of the cheque. In My Documents, it looks different from Word documents, and it is labelled with MHTML Document. How do I save it so it will send? I don't know what to change it to. The options are: webpage complete (*htm, *html), or webarchive single file (*mht), or webpage HTML only (*mht); and text file (*txt). Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't the image be inside the MHTML file? MHTML is like another form of .doc or .docx but is designed for webpages anyway? Just open it and copy and paste into paint like Johhny said and save it.

You may convert this file to .pdf file, then try to send. So you can't get change in this file.

How to convert to .pdf file? I opened the document, then clicked on
Save As, and the only options listed are: Webarchive, single file (*.mht), Webpage.complete (*htm *html), Webarchive, single file (*mht), Webpage .HTML only (*htm), and text file (*.txt).
I need a few earlier steps to convert to .pdf file.

open that photocopy of check in paint and press Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+c. After that open a MS Word document and press Ctrl+V. Now you can save it in Word format.

When I tried this method, on the new document - all it copied was the text title of the document (I guess it's the URL). It didn't produce the image of the cheque. So, I'm not sure what I did wrong, or what?

I tried to copy and paste (many times), but it won't paste the image.
I highlighted the cheque, then clicked on copy, then opened my new Word document, then clicked on paste. No image. Then I tried it again, and it
produced a tiny box that said Show Back, and there's a little icon that looks like a suitcase. A bit of experimenting did not result in the image. What to do next?

Why don't you just compress that photocopy of a cheque file in ZIP and then send that compressed ZIP file?

NOTE: Be sure that the image is IN the file.Because some files are made on the way that the image which is shown in the file POINTS to some image file (completely other file) on the HDD and if the location where the image file is changes, the image IN the file will not be shown. So if that's the case,be sure to put the image directly in that document file or simply include the document file AND the image file.
