how to create a windows xp repair disk

If you have a full XP OS disc (not a restore disc) all you need to do is boot from it and select "R" for "Repair Console".
I have a full XP OS disc. After I select "R", what commands do i have to enter in order to repair?

You simply follow the instructions and select the partition you want to Repair.

If the Command Console was preinstalled, the startup folder is typically the Cmdcons folder. If CHKDSK cannot find Autochk.exe in the startup folder, CHKDSK tries to locate the Windows installation disc. If it cannot find the installation media, CHKDSK prompts you for the location of the Autochk.exe file. "

I have tried using "R". It only install windows again.
