you can use THIS or this one they surely do a good job in removing software that cant be removed via add/remove programs

your insatller seems to be good and the smarty uninstaller too

will try the trial verisons

but there are so many uninstallers in the market and some are free so which one is better

100% Removal....for sure

Use SpyWare Doctor. You will have to buy it but you will find it's a VERY good program. Download and run in safe mode. You have to run it twice....I mean twice....because the darn virus installs repetitive loaders....Doctor will catch first layer... and if you restart it will re-install....if you run it twice it will catch both loaders and clean ya up great. Many other spyware programs just can't beat the reinstall so don't waste money trying all the suggestions This one is for sure
