How to delete this virus..?

Hi everyone,
Friend i have a big problem with this virus..few days ago I got the virus detected pop up, how do i know what to chose? And what are the different options? i tried to click on some and they said option not available or something like that so i just deleted it.so please help me that what i have to do now.

If your antivirus has deleted the infected file you should be fine. If you're receiving repeated warnings, or are concerned that you might be infected you can post a HijackThis log.

To do so, download the HijackThis installer from http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe.

Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

When the Notepad window opens choose Edit -> Select All to select the entire log, and copy and paste the log into a reply post.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
