How to do this?

Whenever I turn on my computer, I have the option of choosing two different operating systems within 30 seconds. I know theres a way to change this by just choosing one as the default and it will automatically load when I turn the computer on. Does any1 know how to do this?
 
Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintanence > System > Advanced > (Startup and Recovery) Settings > Edit

Then Delete the OS you dont want to boot from:)
