I seem to be a member of a tiny minority who prefer to download their podcasts and play them off the computer. Since so few people seem to download, most podcasters don't cater to us. Even when the platform offers the download option like Soundcloud, most podcasters don't enable it until I email them to ask for it.
Consequently, I've been forced to download podcasts by (in Firefox) going CTRL+i to open webpage info, then going to the media tab and finding the audio file there and downloading it. This usually works, but it has some annoying snags here and there and it's VERY click-intensive, so I'm wondering whether there's some way to do this in one click or at least fewer clicks?
Maybe a Firefox extension or a standalone program of some kind?
