how to edit bootstrap loader's setting

hi...


plz tell me how can i chang the setting of bootstrap loader


i have 2 OS in 2 drives,


and i get option to choose one of them..

if i dont choose that takes the default one...


I want to change the default and want to chang the timing also

for that is there any software or

I have to do the same mannualy...


Plz let me know
