How to erase a drive partition?

Hi good day I have been having trouble with my pc I have two drive partitions
and my C: drive seems to be infected so I backed up everything unto a new partition I created, so when I boot up I usually go to the "safe" partition, because if i go to the C: drive some how I can't access the internet. So how can I wipe the c: drive?

Well you can't be booted up on the C drive, you would need to be on an OS that is on another drive or partition. If you are, then you should be able to right click on the C drive and select "Format", and then reload the OS.
