how to get rid of OS select screen

How to I get rid of the operating system select screen in boot up? I had a OS installed on another drive and it still thinks it's there but it's not.
 
This should clear it up:
Go to Start
Click Run
Type msconfig, hit enter
Select the BOOT.INI tab
Click Check All Boot Paths

If it finds an incorrect one it will tell you and either it will ask if you want to remove non-existant paths or it will do it for you.
