how to get the printer to reduce the size of the work on the document?

When I printed a document, it chopped off the top, bottom, and sides of the printed material. This was a document that someone else had prepared and sent to me. It is filled with charts and graphs. How do I reduce the size of the material, so that it will all be printed without chopping off?
The printer is HP LaserJet P1005. I have Word 2007.
 
Either the margins on the page are not set correctly or i believe there is an option when clicking on print to make it fit the paper correctly, I think mine says fit to page or something similar.
