hello all,
I have a toshiba a200 laptop which i use as my main comp. I have a desktop comp sitting around not being used. I would like to be able to use that as a storage for my laptop. MY question is - What is the best why to set up the desktop to be connected to the laptop and be able to save stuff to it and access files on the laptop. I'm thinking maybe windows 2003 server but i wouldn't know how to set it up etc. Maybe xp and do remote connection but that would be annoying each time to connect. Any ideas?

** Basicallyjust want to be able to access the 120gb harddrive on the desktop from my laptop and access and save files on to it. Kinda like having it as a secondary harddrive.

you can transfer things via ethernet cable and both computers gotta have network cards.
