How to install Windows 2000 from pen

I have got a Toshiba Pentium II Laptop. It does not have a CDROM drive. Floppy drive is available. It can not be booted from usb pen drive but usb port is available. I want to install Windows 2000 using floppy drive and pen drive. how to do that. Please help me.

I believe you cannot install 2000 from usb. Only bet would be to buy an external CDrom.

In lucasbytegenius' thread on how to install windows, he had trouble with XP because of the NT52 switch, so it may or may not work.
