How to know what kind of SSD and RAM to get without opening the laptop?

I want to upgrade this HP laptop that I bought from Walmart. Can I find out the specs without opening up the computer?

The model number is 15-bs212wm.

Just FYI, don't expect a miracle. You have low end dual core cpu at 1.1 ghz. Hopefully you just didn't buy this. You would be better off getting something better.

The most simple way is to use the function: system information... and get information just about any hardware inside your computer..
