How to made a blurry JPEG readable?

I have a jpeg that has text on it that will greatly help my result on an exam tomorrow afternoon. The problem is that the picture was shaky and the text is blurry. I have tried everything that I personally can, as limited as that may be, and have been unable to view the text. I was wondering if there was ANYONE who thinks they can help me out at ALL? I'd GREATLY appreciate any help I can get.

I am not sure what the rules pertaining to posting links are but this is simply a link from yousendit.com to the picture that I have uploaded personally and I apologize if this breaks any rules. I am just extremely desperate to read this text.

nobody I know has this file. this is the only copy that I know of... making this readable could be the difference between a fail and an A.. kinda shitty huh? heh..
