How To Make A Bootable Disk??

Hello

I make drawings and take photographs and would like to sell them on a cd disk for others to use for their own projects and hobbies.

I'm not at all familiar with burning images onto cd or producing a cd for public use, so please bear with my questions.

============================================

I purchased a CD-R disk and I've been able to burn my images in .jpg format. I figure most other computers should be able to view this type of file.

1. ** What I was wondering is if anyone knows how to make the cd disk bootable so others can see and use my .jpg format drawn images and photographs. (save them onto their computer, use them in their programs etc.)

2. **I'm also wondering if this is the best cd to use for this purpose ( I figure because its not rewritable that it should be protected from being recopied and resold by someone else).

3. **Third, does anyone know if this cd will not be useable to another type of computer user .. possibly Mac users?

4. **and Last, If you can answer any or all the questions or have any other tips for me, I'd sure appreciate the extra info.

Err... bootable means that it wiould run itself in a certain way whilst the computer was powering up, i dont think you want to do this, if the files were burnt to the CD succesfully, which they where, then all computers will be able to view the files(images).

Even though the files are on a CD-R other users can quite easily save a copy of them and pass them off as their own if they wanted to. Nothing can prevent people from doing this.

As is said earlier, this disc and the files should be useable to any recent OS.

you can stick an autorun file on the cd and make the pictures come up on like a internet explore page and button to flick through the picture and add captions underneath iv done it before and it looked pretty good!
