how to make a moderator?

ok i have this guy, on a forum for age of empires, that needs to know how to make moderators, so maybe he can actually play aoe every once in awhile, instead of just deleting all the porn spammers... anyone know how he could do it? here is the forum: fearlesscutthroats.com

its new, and yeah its active, i go to it all the time, but he doesnt know how to do it, which is why i asked, not so someone can call someone else an idiot in spanish and insult the admin of the forum, but thx anyways

he needs to go to the Admin panel, then look under the header "User Admin" for a section marked "permissions"

a new box will appear for a username, pop the name of the person he wants as a mod in there and click "look up user"

This should bring up a list of each forum section and to the right of each one is a drop down box marked "moderator status"

Just select "is a moderator" for all the forum sections he wants that person to moderate and submit

and change the permission wherever you want the user to be admin.
