How to make a VGA HD15 to 3 RCA work on hp laptop

Hi dylankody,
I assume you mean that you have a VGA port on the back of your laptop, and you wish to convert this to RCA - so you can use it on a TV or something? This
would accomplish that I suppose...
Remember that you'll need to run an audio out from your headphone/speaker jack too...
Most laptops come w/ an svideo port, and newer TVs have svideo ports on the front next to the RCA stuff... if your computer does have an svideo port, you'd be much better off buying one of these
if your TV has an svideo port, or one of these
if your TV does not have an svideo port.
